As chairman of the company and respected leader and consultant, George is on hand to guide the company, and its investors, to obtain maximum potential and growth in the field of printed electronic technology.
Alex Hatzimihail

Mr. Hatzimihail is the CEO and a director of EFL Holdings. Alex’s technological and entrepreneurial expertise allowed him to launch EFL Holdings in May 2012, reaching the pinnacle of his career as an entrepreneur. Highly regarded for his ability to transform design ideas
into products, Alex continues to oversee all aspects of each project’s progress, ensuring all solutions are delivered with the utmost cost and time efficiencies. Harnessing technology to remain an industry leader in Australia and around the world, Alex specialises in electroluminescent, electrochromics and transparent solar cells, offering clients innovative branding and display solutions that drive international recognition. Alex received the Business Achievers Award from the Brisbane City Council.
John Kapeleris
Global Corporate Development Director
John has over 24 years’ experience in product development, technology commercialisation, business development and executive management. Early in his early career he was responsible for developing and commercialising sixteen medical products that achieved international market success and grew a multi-million dollar business. John has held numerous roles including R&D Manager, Quality Manager, Business Development Manager, VP Sales & Marketing and Deputy CEO. He has also worked on a number of national and international technology and commercialisation projects, including an early advisor in the establishment of the Brisbane Technology Park and other innovative precincts. John was recently the Deputy CEO/General Manager of the Australian Institute for Commercialisation delivering a range of solutions to industry, academia and government sectors. John has been involved in a number of successful IP licensing, commercialisation and corporate development projects.
Jurgen Van Oostrum

Mr. van Oostrum is the Dutch director of Holland based EFL Tech International Group NV. Jurgen is an entrepreneur for 18 years and has more than 22 years of experience in the Graphic art industry. Jurgen holds the appointment of Director of Sales for Calmatech BV, a company at the forefront of drying and heating technology for the printing industry for the last 20 years. Through his impressive network, he sold more than 7000 machines worldwide. International sales is his passion. Jurgen brings to EFL Tech an established business relationships with many multinational companies.

Dr Nowak joined the scientific board of EFL tech. As a leader in the EL field , he brings a vast knowledge , wisdom and experience in the highly specialised field of EL printing. DR Nowak has a vast range of experience and qualifications.
